Sublime Mind of Achiever is the data controller of the personal data collected through the Site.

For certain processing operations, Sublime Mind of Achiever makes use of employees, agents or collaborators, who are responsible for carrying out processing operations under the authority of the owner, as well as partner companies or professional firms that provide assistance and consultancy in accounting, administrative, legal, tax and financial matters located throughout the European Union, who are duly appointed as data processors pursuant to art. 28 of the GDPR.

The updated list of data processors, as well as of the subjects who carry out processing operations under the authority of the owner, is kept at the headquarters of the owner himself. The updated list of data processors and persons in charge of processing is kept at the headquarters of the data controller.

 

1. The Reference Principles

The treatments carried out by Sublime Mind of Achiever are based on the principles of transparency, relevance, purpose, verifiability, lawfulness, correctness, limitation of purposes and conservation, minimization of data, accuracy, integrity and confidentiality.

 

2. Categories of personal data

Sublime Mind of Achiever will process your personal data collected upon conclusion of the contract and during the contractual relationship ("Data").

 

By way of example, the owner will acquire the following types of personal data:

personal data, such as name and surname, place and date of birth, residential address;

contact details, such as shipping address, telephone number and e-mail address;

bank details (e.g. IBAN), if provided for a possible refund;

navigation data, such as the IP address or domain names of the computers used by users who connect to the Site, the addresses in URI (Uniform Resource Identifier) ​​notation of the requested resources, the time of the request, the method used to submit the request to the server, the size of the file obtained in response, time of access to the site and/or registration on the platform, any registration referrer, methods of access to the server, numerical code indicating the status of the response given by the server (successful, error, etc.) and other parameters relating to the user's operating system and IT environment. This is information that is not collected to be associated with identified interested parties, but which by their very nature could, through processing and association with data held by third parties, allow users to be identified. These data are used for the sole purpose of obtaining anonymous statistical information on the use of the Site and to check its correct functioning, to identify anomalies and/or abuses. Except in cases where the data is used to ascertain responsibility in the event of hypothetical computer crimes against the site or third parties, such data does not persist for more than seven days;

data relating to purchases, such as the average purchase value, the type of product purchased, the frequency of purchase, the total amount purchased over time and the total number of orders placed.

Through the Site, the owner will not acquire data of a sensitive nature or in any case belonging to the particular categories referred to in art. 9 of the GDPR or data relating to criminal convictions or offences.

Your Data will be processed by Sublime Mind of Achiever exclusively for the purposes and within the limits indicated in the following paragraph. All information sent to the Site is safeguarded and transmitted only via SSL encrypted protocol.

 

3. Purpose and legal basis of the treatment

Sublime Mind of Achiever will use your Data for the following purposes:

a. for the execution of the contract

The Data indicated in paragraph 2, nos. 1-4, will be processed by Sublime Mind of Achiever to allow you to register on the Site and use the services specifically connected to it. By way of example, your Data will be processed for the management of purchase orders, for maintenance and technical assistance, as well as for the purpose of improving the quality of the services offered. The Data will then be processed for the execution of the existing contract with the Data Controller. The provision of data is necessary to allow the establishment and management of the contractual relationship; failing to do so, it will not be possible for us to execute the contract and provide you with the requested service. In the event that you provide Sublime Mind of Achiever with data from third parties to send a Gift Card (electronic gift voucher), Sublime Mind of Achiever will send these third parties a link to the privacy policy in the first useful communication. We inform you that Sublime Mind of Achiever does not process personal data relating to minors. By accessing the Site and using the related services, you declare that you are of legal age.

b. For marketing purposes

Direct sales, subject to your specific consent, Sublime Mind of Achiever may process your Data for sending advertising material or commercial communications relating to any promotions, for market research, for communicating the availability of items requested with the Notify me service , subject to specific consent; to follow up on requests sent (e.g. customer care). Newsletter, the Data indicated in paragraph 2, n. 2, provided when registering for the newsletter, will be used by Sublime Mind of Achiever for the sole purpose of providing the requested newsletter service. The Data will then be processed for the provision of the service requested from the owner. You may at any time request to cancel your subscription to the newsletter by following the instructions indicated from time to time in each communication made for the purposes referred to in this point.

c. for profiling purposes

Sublime Mind of Achiever may process your data to understand your purchasing habits and preferences in relation to the products and services offered through the Site in order to offer you products and services in line with your profile. For the pursuit of this purpose, Sublime Mind of Achiever may process the Data referred to in paragraph 2, nos. 1-2-4 and 5. These Data will be processed by Sublime Mind of Achiever on the basis of its legitimate interest in optimizing its purchasing procedures, through the offer of products and services that are more functional and useful for the specific needs of customers. The legitimate interest of Sublime Mind of Achiever has been appropriately balanced with your interests and expectations through the provision of technical and legal measures in order to minimize the impact of the profiling carried out by Sublime Mind of Achiever on your legal sphere.

We remind you that, pursuant to art. 21 of the GDPR, you may object to this treatment at any time by writing an email to sublimemindofachiever@gmail.com.

d. to ascertain responsibility in case of hypothetical computer crimes

4. Period of retention of the data and duration of the treatments

The collected data will be processed using electronic or in any case automated, computerized and telematic tools, or through manual processing with logic strictly related to the purposes for which the personal data were collected and, in any case, in such a way as to guarantee the security of the same in any case. .

 

Your personal data will be stored on servers located in the European Union. Your Data will be kept for the entire duration of the contractual relationship with Sublime Mind of Achiever. Following the termination of the relationship, the Data will be kept for a period of 10 years exclusively for the need to protect the rights of the owner and for the fulfillment of legal obligations. With reference to the treatments for marketing purposes indicated in paragraph 2, lett. b), we inform you that the Data will be processed for the entire duration of the contract, barring any revocation of the consent you have given or the exercise of your right to object to the processing.

 

With reference to the data processed for profiling purposes, we inform you that the Data will be processed for a maximum period of 12 months or for any other period that may be established by law or by provisions of the Guarantor Authority, except for any exercise of your right to opposition to the treatment. After this period or in the event of opposition, the data will be kept if necessary to pursue other purposes or will be definitively cancelled.

5. Defense in court

Your data may be used for defense by Sublime Mind of Achiever in court or in the preparatory stages for its eventual establishment.

6. Credit card details

The data relating to your credit card will not be processed by Sublime Mind of Achiever as they are processed and/or stored directly by the banking system. Sublime Mind of Achiever uses professional payment services that ensure maximum protection and confidentiality for the consumer.

 

7.Cookies
