Cancellation Policy

Your appointments and convenience are of high importance to us. We realise that at times unexpected circumstance may occur and require schedule adjustments. If you need to cancel an appointment, we respectfully require that you provide at least 24 hours notice. Our Policy: A cancellation or request to reschedule Less than 24 hours notice in advance will result in a fee 100% of the booked service price. Cancellation of an appointment made within 24 hours prior will require at least 4 hours notice. Should you arrive more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, we can not guarantee that we will provide the service. If we can not accommodate you, we will try our best to reschedule your appointment for another time that suits you. Since all booked services are paid in advance and online, if you cancel or request a reschedule less than 24 hours or/and you do not show up for the appointment, there will be no refund. In case of a true , unforeseen and unavoidable emergency, cancellation fee (up to 50% of the service booked price) will be charged and deducted from the service booked price, And the refundable amount can be issued as a coupon which you can deduct from your next purchase on our site. We realise that emergencies can occur. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we simply request that you inform us at least 24 hours in advance. In case of arriving few minutes late to your appointment a good practice should be that you also inform us. If your booking was made for the same day, we request at least 4 hours notice If for any reason, on our side, there occur a need for us to cancel or reschedule an appointment in less than 24 hours or more that 24 hours, you (our client) can accept a reschedule or a complete refund. This refund could be issued as a coupon that you can use for your next purchase on our website or you can request a refund to your credit card (same credit card you used at the time of purchase). Cancellation that do not meet the above requirements will result in a fee of the total service booked price charged, that means, you can not refund
